Bxxy shoes are made with high quality and perfection. We put our best foot forward to satisfy all our customers. In case any product fails to meet your expectations, you may contact the seller.
Products can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery of orders. The return will be accepted in proper packing ensuring the product is unused and undamaged. Minimum 3 images of the product- shoe upper, sole and box packing along with the label/invoice shall be sent to ensure the smooth replacement process. The customer is requested to ship the product on the mentioned warehouse address on his/her own expense and once the product is received in the warehouse, we ship the desired product from our end within 48 working hours.
This item is non-returnable due to hygiene/health and personal care/wellness nature of the product. For exchange requests in a different size as desired by the customer the logistics charges are to be borne by the customer. Any Shipping/COD charges incurred at the time of placing the order will not be refunded.
Following products are not eligible for exchange/return:
- Any product that is returned without original packaging included with the product at the time of delivery.
- Any item that has been worn or washed out.
- Products without images to highlight the reason of return.
- Complaint raised after 24-48 hours of the delivery of the shipment.
Products eligible for Return Requests:
- Any product that is received damaged or defected by the buyer is eligible for full replacement by the seller provided an elaborate video and audio recording highlighting the complaint is sent along with all still images of the defect.
Important Conditions for Exchange requests
- All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Under Exchange Policy, only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size. Exchanges are allowed only if your address is serviceable for an exchange by our Logistics team (logistics cost to be borne by the buyer) or the desired product or size is in stock.
- A return and exchange request can be placed only once for any order.
- In case any return/exchange request is rejected based on physical quality check by Bxxy team, the customer is not eligible for the return-refund or exchange request.
